Delivery Policy
We aim to provide a reliable and convenient delivery service for all customers.
Delivery days
We deliver to the following postcodes; PR25 & PR26 (Monday), PR6 (Wednesday), PR7 (Friday)
Delivery Process
- Orders must be placed minimum 48 hours ahead of delivery days – PR25 & PR26 (Monday), PR6 (Wednesday), PR7 (Friday)
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.
- If a safe place is provided, your order will be left there.
- If no safe place is specified, your order will be left at the discretion of Raw2Door
Frozen Goods & Storage Responsibility
- All products supplied by Raw2Door are frozen and must be stored appropriately upon delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are placed into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that deliveries may be left unattended and you accept responsibility for the condition of goods from the point of delivery.
Raw2Door accepts no liability for defrosted, spoiled, or damaged goods once delivery has been completed.
Delays & Errors
If a delivery is delayed due to an error on our part, we will:
- Arrange redelivery at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
- Raw2Door accepts no liability for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate address details.
Missed Deliveries
Our standard delivery approach will apply. Additional delivery attempts may incur charges.
Cancellations
- Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date (confirmed at point of order).
- Full refund will be issued for cancellations made before this window.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery.
